Lisa has built a dynasty out of a direct sales network marketing company in spite of being shy and she is beloved by everyone in her Mialisia community.
Lisa’s goal is to have all of the men and women that she has on her direct sales team be so financially secure and own their time to such an extent that she can call them up on a dime and ask them to meet her in Paris on Friday.
Lisa’s day still includes her first love: recruiting strong team leaders for Mialisia. She now includes her husband in her business as well to help expand their business with new Youngevity products in their direct sales business. One of Lisa’s greatest joys is when she sees someone shy, like her, blossom over time into a leader.
Lisa finds leaders for her Mialisia team through marketing and social media. Lisa trains them up to be leaders in direct sales and treats them like business partners to help build businesses together through processes she has developed which empower them to grow their own successful teams. Lisa has Mialisia leaders in the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada, and Great Britain. Lisa is training new Designers in Australia and New Zealand.
Lisa Chelius has had the #1 National Director Team for Mialisia in 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016 and last year Lisa was honored to be named as the first recipient of the Influence Award as well as one of the 6-Figure Income Award winners.
